Life Skills Programme
Engaging life skills programmes for schools that develop self-confidence, emotional resilience, teamwork, leadership and positive decision-making.
What We Teach & Our Philosophy
A Martial Arts Setup
With Absolutely No Kicking or Punching
We use our traditional martial arts uniforms because we find it is a fantastic, instant "buy-in" to capture the children’s attention and get them focused on learning. However, there is no hitting, kicking, or punching in any of these classes.
Instead, we take the best non-contact elements of martial arts, like stretching, balance, and breathing exercises, and use them as a fun vehicle to teach self-regulation, respect, and concentration.
How We Keep Kids Engaged
We mix physical movement with practical life lessons so the concepts actually stick
Fun Games with a Serious Side
High-energy physical drills that feel like a game to the kids but carry important, real-world lessons.
Role-Playing Scenarios
Active participation where children act out different situations to practice positive problem-solving and see real outcomes.
Lead by Example
Nigel uses demonstrations and positive role modeling to show students what they can achieve when they put these skills to use.
