Introducing a Yoga class specifically designed for Martial Artists – Therapeutic yoga for longevity in your system. This class is put together by Casey, a qualified Yoga instructor, as well as a trained Martial Artist!

Class will cover:

  • Yoga techniques to help increase ROM, mobility and flexibility with a focus on hips and shoulders.
  • Therapeutic yoga exercises for functional movement and range in major joints.
  • Breathing exercises to improve awareness of body and breath.
  • Learning to utilise the breath as a tool to improve flexibility, keep calm during competition and/or the stresses of everyday life.
  • Introduction to fascia, the role of fascia in the body, its relationship to restricted movement and myofascial release.
  • This class is designed with martial artists in mind to give you tools to keep up what you love for longer and minimise the risk of injury.

$10 for Instructors & Fight Team Members
$15 for Affinity/Proactive Members
