What is Boxing Fit?

Boxing Fit is a fun, fast-paced fitness session that gets results – bag work, pad work, partner drills and individual challenges designed to push you towards your next fitness goal. A combination of cardio and Boxing for an all over body workout!

Taught in a fun, friendly and safe environment, classes are varied and consist of warm up drills, partner work, bag work, pad work, circuit type training, core strength workouts, fitness challenges, boxing skills and drills, footwork, defensive work, shadow work, breathing plus more!!

A moderate level of fitness is recommended, if you are starting from scratch please pace yourself as you gradually build up your fitness level.

No previous martial arts experience is necessary.
