Here is a great tool for improving your balance. The Gyroboard will be on sale to the public very soon. If you would like to have a go we will have one down at Riccarton in a couple of weeks.

After the Christmas party committee meeting last night they have told me they only have ten more tickets left. The theme for this year is ancient times, and is fancy dress.
Tickets are held at Riccarton so if you would like one you need to phone 3666-000.
On the night they have for entertainment
Mechanical bull
Horse racing
Jousting
Just to name a few of the games that will be on the night as well as several prizes. They have organised a pig on the spit as well as other appropriate food on the night to go along with the theme.

We will be having an open class Saturday 1st September at 10:30am. Check the forum for details or ask at class. This is open to ZDK and Kickboxing students.

Remember to bring instructors logbook to the Instructors class for the ProMac handouts that will be given out. If you missed out today, make sure you see me to catch up.

Please make sure that you get to class on time if you can. As several classes are now much larger than last year it makes it easier for Instructors to organise equipment etc that will be required in your lesson, as well as certain drills. If because of other commitments you know you will be late on certain days, please let your instructor know.

I have one space made available from 11:30am on Saturday for a private lesson. If you are keen for this space you can contact me on 3666-000 and ask for Nigel.

Due to unforseen circumstances we will not be having a BBQ after the Krypton factor this weekend.
