Boot camp coming soon to Proactive. Those that want the ultimate in fitness and to start the day off energized. This will be a challenging morning class with more details coming out soon!

Thank you to Kyoshi Ben and those that organised and supported the defensive tactics and edged weapon seminar on Saturday. Full of fantastic and practical information for self-defence in today’s society. Also to Kerry and Mick who also came over and helped out.
Must also say a big thankyou to Mick again who has just returned from the Jundokan in Okinawa last week and up skilled us on some Goju-Ryu bunkai. We will be looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Due to a seminar on the 15th of May the next Thai boxing grading will now be held on Saturday the 8th May. Higher ranks will start there run a 12pm, lower ranks start there grading at 1pm.

This Sunday 21st March at Riccarton at 10:30am we are having a flyer run to get rid of our old flyers before our new updated versions arrive. Afterwards at 12pm we will put on a BBQ and some drinks for those that can help out. Thanks guys.
