A good fun afternoon with the Archery Challenge today. We have decided to have a few more challenges so get on the forum and have your say. More photos on the forum.

Richards next fitness class starts on Saturday 17th October and will run till 21st November. This is a good class for those that wish to fight at the next fight night, or if you just want to get some extra fitness in for your end of year grading etc. May be just to lose a few Kg before Christmas. These courses have become famous for pushing you to your limit. We even have people out side of Proactive asking about them. They are not for beginners. But if you have any questions or would like to book in ask at a Proactive Club or phone 3666-000.

Women’s Expo Special
We have four courses over the next two weeks which we will be opening up to Proactive members for only $15. Public will be $20.

Women’s Only Kickboxing poster
Yes starting on Saturday 10th October at 12:30pm we will be running womens only kickboxing. More classes starting soon.

At 8:10pm Thursday 8th October at Riccarton we will be running a fully supervised sparring class for any Proactive students in any system that are orange rank and over. This is an opportunity to try your skills against other students from other clubs and other systems. You must put your name down on the list at Riccarton if you are keen for the class before Thursday 8th.
