At 8:10pm Thursday 13th August at Riccarton we will be running a fully supervised sparring class for any Proactive students in any system that are orange rank and over. This is an opportunity to try your skills against other students from other clubs and other systems. You must put your name down on the list at Riccarton if you are keen for the class before Thursday.
