Thank you to everybody who helped out at our mid year ZDK grading today. Also congratulations to everybody who graded. We look forward to South Islands biggest ZDK grading we have ever had this December. Keep up the fantastic work everybody.

(all equipment is provided)

Who can attend? Open to everyone 16 years +
You do not need to be a Proactive member
No prior martial arts experience is necessary.

Registrations & payments are due by 22nd July please.

Richards next fitness class starts on Saturday 6th June and will run till 11th July. This is a good class for those that wish to fight at the next fight night or if you just want to get some extra fitness in. These classes will really push you and are not for beginners.
