All Proactive Clubs will be closed this Labour weekend. Have a good safe long weekend and we look forward to seeing you all next week. :)

I will have more fight photos next week. I will put them on the forum. :)

Thank you for all the good feed back on the fight night. The Proactive family pulled off a fantastic night. Everybody put in a good effort fighting and all participants should be proud of themselves. Remember it’s not all about winning, in fact as you have heard me say numerous times before, you win by just stepping into the ring and out of your comfort zone. After talking to all the fighters after wards I am happy that you have all learnt some very important skills on preparing for a fight night and welcome twenty new participants to the fight club group. Our next fight night will be in March 09 as we have a group of fourteen of us heading to Thailand for December – January. I will get some photos up soon.

Doors open at 6pm.
We will have a few door sales now as we have managed to fit tiered seating in to the hall.
Fighters need to be there at 6:15pm for the fight night run down, being held upstairs in the changing rooms.
Good luck everybody and enjoy the night.:)

Happy Birthday Templeton. Three years today to the day that Allister and Jacque opened the club. To date they have had a positive influence to hundreds of students. Well done to such a large club in such a short time. :)

Here is Riccartons new timetable. :)

As we still have tickets left for the fight night, from next week you can purchase as many as you like as we have given members first chance to buy this week. First in first served.

We are organising a First Aid course for PMA members who are interested.
The retail price of a Workplace First Aid course is $215. If we can get 18 people who are interested then we can get a price of $169 each. This course comes with a NZQA qualification and can be included on your CV.
If this sounds like you then contact Matt, times will be arranged to
suit the group. If you are not from Cashmere let your Instructor know and they can pass on your name.
For more information on the content of the course visit
(http://www.stjohn.org.nz/education/course.aspx?cid=106).

We have our first fight night on Saturday 18th of October at Riccarton. Anyone 18 or under must be accompanied by an Adult. It will be ticket sales only and no door tickets. Tickets will be evenly distributed between the four clubs. We have 10 fights on the card and entertainment. Sponsors tables look to have now sold out. Tickets will be available around the 18 September but will be limited to how many one person can buy due to limited seats. If you missed out on fighting at this show you have now moved to the top of the list for the next show. We will be having our next one when we get back from Thailand in January.
