Archive for September, 2007

We are planning the opening of another Tigers class and a Kickboxing club next month. We will have the venue and times sorted by the 10th of October. This will give customers over 50 classes a week in Christchurch alone.

I have been asked to confirm dates of events that are coming up. On the right hand side of this page there is a calendar that you can scroll through and by then clicking your mouse over that month will come up all the events that we have on for the month you are looking at.

On the first of October Riccarton becomes a full time training facility. Look under Riccarton on the clubs page for the new timetable that you can down load.

On Monday the 15th of October we will be having a grading for those Panthers who will miss the main end of year grading.

The 13th of December will be our main end of year Thai Grading. It is a Thursday night.

Our next kickboxing grading is on Thursday 18th October.

The last two gradings for Thai Kickboxing this year are 18th October and the last big grading will be Thursday 13th December.

Thanks to everybody who helped with the clean up at the new full time Hombu. Things are looking much better already. We are also looking at the possibility of anther room. If we follow through with that idea, it would make proactive Riccarton the largest martial arts centre in NZ.
I’m sure you might notice a little bit of a difference next week when you come to training at Riccarton.
Also thanks to the kickboxing students that waited while we organised some photos.

This Saturday 22nd September we have a photo shoot for any of the kick boxers that can make it to Riccarton at 10am. Make sure you bring your training gear.
We are also having a big clean up of the dojo as we get ready to go full time next month. If you can make it down on Saturday at any time between 9am and 4pm it would be very much appreciated, even if it’s for only half an hour.
