Panthers Grading

Well that time of year has come round fast. Almost totally by surprise with so much happening at once. It’s grading time for Ultimate Freestyle then the following month it is the Panthers turn.

Saturday 12th May Starting at 10am is the mid year Senjo.

Doors will open at 9am

WHO-  Age limit for Krypton is 12 years of age and is open to Panthers, Freestyle martial arts Members and Kickboxers.  Pre-training is open to everyone but minors must be accompanied by an adult. All welcome to attend the social. 

WHERE-  At the Rear of Burnham Army Camp.  

WHEN- Saturday 28^th April          – 10am for the pre-training.- 11am for Krypton Factor- 12 noon for the social BBQ (BYO food & drink) 

WHY- For training, fun & social 

COST-  $25 per person for Krypton goers. There are limited tickets and are only available until Friday 13^th April. You are very welcome to attend just the training before hand, watch so you can laugh at or support the Krypton factor goers. Or you can attend just the social afterwards if preferred. It is weather dependant & cancellations will be posted on the Proactive forum on the day.Or phone 3666-000

As Richard is away this week, we will have Kim taking the Intermediate Kickboxing class this Monday and I will be taking a joint class on Wednesday.

Filipino Kombatan Arnis is a complete system comprising of various classical & modern fighting styles used in the Philippines of hand to hand & weapon combat, incorporating empty hand moves based on the same motions used in weapon fighting. The weapon is just an extension of the hand. All ranges & all areas of fighting are covered, teaching the student to react instinctively & flow.
