While Kim is in China for the next 3 weeks, Anna will be over seeing Linwood Freestyle and I will be running the Kickboxing. It will be great to catch up with everybody at Linwood and a perfect time for anyone getting ready to grade to get in some extra classes in.

Due to the bad weather the Krypton factor has been cancelled. But I am going to be down at Riccarton at 10am if anyone would like to have a train. This is open to anyone.

Due to unforseen circumstances we will not be having a BBQ after the Krypton factor this weekend.

On Saturday the 5th of May Starting at 9am till 11am we have a open class for Freestyle and Kickboxing students who are getting ready for there grading at Riccarton. This is a free class.

We will have several Instructors there to lend a hand for anybody who has any questions about the grading as well as giving tips an ideas to help you.

Freestyle grading is on Saturday the 12th May

Kickboxing grading is on Saturday 19th May

No clubs are open on Anzac day Wednesday 25th April.

No training this Saturday because of the Krypton factor this weekend coming. We can still get tickets if you would like to come. See your Instructor this week at training.

Make sure you bring old clothes to do the course in, as you will get wet and muddy.

Any green or brown belts that are grading next month are more than welcome to train this Saturday at 10am at the Riccarton Club Inc.

Black Belt Class is on this Saturday at 9am and Instructors Class at 10am.

This Friday we will be taking some publicity photos out at Templeton. Make sure those going out to train bring a neat and tidy uniform.

For those after some extra training and getting ready for grading, I will be at Linwood tonight for kickboxing.
