We all had a fantastic couple of seminars this weekend with Richard Norton. On the Saturday working BJJ mostly with concepts and drills from side control and on Sunday working first with complexes then with street smart self-protection skills. A lot of information to take in over two days but it gave everybody plenty to work on and improve on. I look forward to being able to bring Shihan Richard over again.
