Private Lessons

Private Lessons are an individual training option for people who prefer to work 'one on one'. They can be taken as an addition to group lessons, or as a stand-alone training program. Private lessons can be a great tool for brushing up on weak areas before or after a grading, or to delve into areas of personal interest. 

Private Lesson topics can be anything of interest to the student. Lessons can progress at the student's own pace, and can span any range of topics and styles. 

Personal programs can be set up to address a wide range of specific physical problems or goals such as: flexibility, strength training, self-defence, mental tranquility, and stress relief. Ever wanted or wished to have your own private coach or mentor to help you sort out goals and develop a plan of action? Someone to keep you on track even when you stray and tell you what you need to know, but don’t like hearing?

Whether it is helping you get started or changing old habits or setting new goals it is much easier with the help from a coach. We are as committed to your training and goals as you are. 

Your heath and well-being is our number one focus. By analysing your lifestyle we can then guide you to keeping yourself fit and healthy not just on the outside but on the inside too. We will help you set realistic goals and achieve them. We don’t just train you, we motivate you, we listen to you, and give you what you’re after.

WHY SHOULD I USE A PERSONAL COACH?

Personal Training is a great way to get fit and stay in shape, and as the title suggests it is PERSONAL. Having a program that is designed for you and your needs is important. At Proactive Martial Arts we listen to you and find out what you want and why, then we go about helping you achieve your desired outcome. Proactive Martial Arts has two types of Personal Training available:

1. One on one
2. Group

They are both competitively priced and developed for your personal needs.

All Personal Trainers at Proactive Martial Arts are qualified Instructors and hold current first aid certificates as well as numerous certifications in other areas of interest.
